ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Official high school, RN, and other accredited USA transcripts
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Current NCLEX-RN license & AHA CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check & drug screen
- Current immunizations: MMR1&2, T-dap
- Tests: TB skin, Hepatitis B, varicella-zoster
